4. Reservation Conditions

Under Article 103(l) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, accommodation bookings for specific dates or periods are exempt from the general 14-day withdrawal right applicable to certain distance contracts.

This exception does not restrict consumer rights arising from contractual breaches or other circumstances provided for by applicable law.

8. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in and check-out times will be those specified in the booking confirmation.

Access to the property may be provided through key collection arrangements or a self-check-in system, as communicated to the guest.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and prior approval.

Any additional fees for these services must be communicated and accepted before they are charged.

At the end of the stay, guests must leave the property at the agreed time and in the agreed condition, return any access devices, and remove their personal belongings.

No arbitrary charges or penalties will be applied unless they have been validly agreed upon and comply with consumer protection laws.

Guests must report any damage, malfunction, or incident discovered during their stay as soon as possible.
